Greetings, my name is Kim Vandapool and I hand make all of the items that you see here at Charmed. I put a tremendous amount of time and love into each item I craft so that you, the buyer, will enjoy your special piece of jewelry each and every time you put it on.
I would like for you to know that since I do make every item to order, there may be some variation within the materials used for some of the products. Natural or glass beads can vary slightly in tone or shape, but I will always select the closest possible matches to those that are featured in the gallery. Also, for all of my resin pieces and items that contain small sculpted elements, please allow for slight variation as it is impossible for me to hand sculpt every detail identically to what is featured on this site. Occasionally, a structural substitution may be made to the composition of a particular piece (finding, link, clasp, or chain), if a specific component is no longer available to me. Please note that colors displayed on your computer monitor may differ slightly to those of the actual item shown. I will go to great lengths to ensure that you are pleased with what you purchase and that it ultimately resembles, to the greatest possible degree, what is represented here.

If you are not totally satisfied with your unworn Charmed Jewelry, you may ship it back to me along with all of the transaction information within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (not including shipping charge). Charmed will not be held liable for lost, broken, or stolen merchandise.

Charmed currently does business exclusively in the United States and therefore does not accept payment via foreign currencies or ship to areas outside the continental US.
All orders will be delivered via Standard Flat Rate shipping for $5.00, and will arrive within 2-7 business days. If you live in the Denver Metro area and would prefer to pick up your order, please contact me to arrange this.
